The unique aspect is that Dr. Kareem Samhouri uses a combination of exercises and routines to engage your nervous system in a more efficient way to produce faster and better fat burning.
This is done through special workout routines that involve a variety of multi-jointed, complex movement exercises. However, it is also the combination of these workouts that produces these results.
This is a multi-media program as all the workouts are shown on video with audio files you can use as well for parts of the program. You have a huge exercise library with over 600 exercises that are shown in video and picture to help you maintain proper form.
In addition to the exercises, there is also a section of the program that’s dedicated to injury prevention and this is where Dr. Kareem Samhouri’s knowledge of physiotherapy comes into play.
